These Terms & Conditions apply to the applications HyperJobs and Amset App, operated by Amset Academy LLP ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our applications, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Services

Our apps provide training, job placement support, and related services. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information.

2. User Account

• You must provide correct and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• A unique User ID may be issued to access training services.

3. Training & Services

• Amset App provides video-based learning and training content.
• We may also provide offline services such as VR training, in-person sessions, and certification.
• Access to certain services may depend on enrollment or approval.

4. Job Placement

HyperJobs connects users with potential employers. We do not guarantee job placement. Final hiring decisions are made by employers.

5. Payments

Any payments for training or services are handled offline or through authorized channels. We do not process in-app payments.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the app or provide false information.
• You must not share your account or User ID with others.
• You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for job outcomes, employer decisions, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
